Performers Agreement

IMPORTANT information:
120V power, full PA system with a sound technician and appropriate lighting will be provided. We will provide a map to access the loading/unloading area for your stage. Tell the UnCaged Staff at the entry barricade you’re a performer and you’ll be allowed through. Please arrive at least 1/2 hour before your scheduled start Ime. After your performance and loading, please remove your vehicle to a public parking area to allow subsequent acts to park and unload.
We have included a force majeure provision:
A force majeure provision in a contract frees both parties from obligation if an extraordinary event directly prevents one or both parties from performing. The Parties hereby acknowledge that while current public health viral events are known, future impacts of an outbreak are unforeseeable and shall be considered a Force Majeure Event to the extent that they prevent the performance of a Party's obligations under this agreement.
